When Mary anointed Jesus with the oil she anointed His head first and then His body. It is in this same fashion that Apostle Armstrong has been called to bear His oil to His leaders first.

Dr. Debbie Armstrong affectionately known and “Dr. Deb” is a gifted servant with an unwavering commitment to God.
The trademark of her ministry is her compelling love through Christ to minister deliverance and wholeness to hurting people.
The theme of her life is found in Jeremiah 1:7-10 (KJV):
“Behold the Lord said unto me, say not I am a child; for thou shall go to all that I shall send thee, and whosoever I command thee thou shall speak; Be not afraid of their faces for I am with thee to deliver thee, said the Lord. Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. HISTORY
Apostle Debbie Armstrong is the founder of “Bearing Oil Ministries”, birthed in October 2007 at the women’s summit entitled, “A Divine Call for Wailing Women”. This was a God given clarion call for the women to wail (cry out to God and intercede) on the behalf of the men, children, and nations. A remnant of women from around the world answered this call and released His sound that set His people free!
During this Summit Apostle Debbie Armstrong also heard the voice of the Lord saying, “After being submitted, committed, obedient and faithful in serving other leaders and their vision for 12 years, NOW I’m calling you to transport My anointing to the nations through Bearing Oil Ministries”!
God’s purpose for this ministry is to transport His burden removing, yoke destroying, and healing anointing to the nations! This would bring glory to His name and victory to His people!
